Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase / after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All domestic orders are sent with tracking.

Domestic + International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic shipments will generally take 2-5 days but may be longer if impacted by external shipping problems such as Courier service issues. Flat rate shipping and Express shipping is available. Solace proudly ships worldwide, increased shipment times (generally 5-10 days longer than domestic) and minor extra shipping fees apply for international orders outside of Australia

Local delivery / pick up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up in the Glebe area of Sydney, NSW, postcode 2037. When placing your order select the 'Pick up' option at check out and your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 days. We will communicate with you to figure out what time and day works the best for your schedule.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
